Gardens in Bloom: March

And of course the best part is that our grounds are certified organic.  For this last photo, I followed the aroma of rosemary and peppermint to find our head gardener, Brandi Blaisdell, ridding our gardens of any unwanted bugs with non-toxic essential oils.

Inspiration: The Custom Dress

Posted on: March 9th, 2012 by Adele No Comments

Did you see this article on One Lovely Day last Friday?   It’s written by an Austin bride who had her dress custom-made.  As a bride who went this route myself, I have an appreciation for the difficulties involved in opting to go custom-made…. but was also thrilled with the results.

Having her dress custom-made allows a bride to feel that her dress is truly one-of-a-kind, utterly her style, and (in my case) made from sustainable materials here in the US.  Surprisingly, I found the final price tag comparable to some of the designer gowns in Austin’s shops…

What about you?   Do you already have your dress?   Having trouble finding the perfect gown?
